Please help! I'm interested in buying a used Kubota 1550 2-speed turn hydro 4wd with over 700 hours. It has a 60" belly mower and a 6 foot scrape blade with it. Seems to be in good condition. Asking price is $9500. Is this price about right? Is this enough tractor for that mower? It has a very small turning radius, which I like because it will be used mostly for mowing. I live in the Ashevlle, NC area. Thanks

Yes, The 1550 can handle the 60" deck alright. I would try to get it at least $1000 cheaper. ....

John...
Koyker Loaders - Great units !
Contrary to what orange, green, blue, and anybody else wants "Joe Consumer" to believe, they are priced to sell and built to work. I have a Koyker 110 on a 1750. Fantastic unit, and is actually built stronger than orange. Stop and think for a minute here, if you were the dealer, you would want to sell what ever equipment will bring in the biggest buck. That is why orange sells orange. The Koyker 110 Loader, new is about $2700.00. I'm not sure if your tractor would accept the 110 as well or if you would bump to the next larger. I suggest that you check out www.koyker.com. There are links to various dealers around, including photos and specs on equipment. Need help, let me know...

i have a koyker 110 loader on my ford, i changed the front mounting arms from the small pipes that came with the loader to 1/2 x 3 flat stock with a special front bracket to clean up the installation. koyker was very good, they sent the loader without the valve as i did not need it, and they evan painted it ford blue to match my tractor. ....
